1. Who we are and what this is

These Terms govern your use of Maple Jackpot Fun at maplejackpotfun.com (the "Site"). The Site is a free social gaming hub for adults that offers browser-based games using virtual coins only. The Site is not a gambling product and does not involve real-money wagering.

2. Age requirement

4. Local storage

The Site uses your browser's localStorage to remember your age confirmation, your storage preference, your sound preference, and your virtual coin balances and timestamps. The Site does not maintain user accounts and does not store personal information on our servers (other than messages you choose to send through the contact form). 5. User conduct

By using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site if you do not meet the required age.
• Attempt to cheat, exploit, or manipulate game outcomes or virtual coin balances.

• Use the Site or its support channels to promote real-money gambling, betting, or any unlawful activity.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse any person involved with the Site.

6. No real-money gambling disclaimer

Maple Jackpot Fun is not a casino, sportsbook, lottery, or any other form of real-money gambling operator. We are not regulated as a gambling provider because we do not offer gambling. Virtual coins are a play-counter only.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including game logic, copy, graphics, and the Maple Jackpot Fun name — is owned by us or our licensors. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial entertainment only.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the Site. Because the Site is free and does not involve real money, our maximum aggregate liability to you is, in any event, limited to one Canadian dollar (CAD $1.00).
